Appendix 7 Notices relating to Capital Reduction Scheme of Arrangement
In accordance with NZX Main Board Listing Rule 7.12.2, we attach the Appendix
7 Notices relating to the capital reduction scheme of arrangement (the
Scheme) that was approved by shareholders at a special meeting of
shareholders on 19 June 2014.
The Scheme remains conditional on:
(a) the High Court approving the Scheme (a hearing date is scheduled for 10
July 2014); and
(b) the conditions set out in section 2.16(c) of the Notice of Meeting and
Information Booklet relating to a Scheme of Arrangement dated 4 June 2014.
As such, the information contained in the attached Appendix 7 notices is
subject to the above conditions being satisfied.
