APPNDX7: MCK: MCK - FY 2011 NZX Appendix 7

Further to its FY2011 announcement, MCK attaches its NZX Appendix 7 in
relation to the dividend declared by the Board.

As stated in the Directors' Review and in NZX Appendix 1, the company has
resolved to pay a total dividend of 1.2 cents per share on 11 May 2012. The
record date will be 4 May 2012.
