APPNDX7: TPW060: Final interest payment and redemption of Series 14 Bonds
Final interest payment and redemption of Series 14 Bonds - record date and
administrative trading halt
TrustPower Limited (TrustPower) is the issuer of series 14 subordinated bonds
(TPW060) (Series 14 Bonds). The maturity date for the Series 14 Bonds is 15
March 2014. TrustPower intends to redeem for cash all Series 14 Bonds on
maturity. A notice of redemption was provided to NZX on 4 February 2014 and
sent to all Series 14 Bond holders on 4 February 2014.
TrustPower has provided an Appendix 7 form in relation to the final interest
payment of its Series 14 Bonds. TrustPower has also provided an Appendix 7
form in relation to the redemption of its Series 14 Bonds.
The record date for the final interest payment date and the redemption is
Friday, 28 February 2014.
The final interest payment and the redemption amount will be paid on Friday,
14 March 2014.
NZX has advised that an administrative trading halt will be placed on the
Series 14 Bonds from the close of business on Monday, 24 February 2014.
