WKS - Works Finance (NZ) Limited (Works) - Repayment of NZ$150 million Works
Bonds (NZDX:WKS020) (Bonds)

Works announced today that on the Maturity Date of 15 September 2012, it will
repay the Bonds, in accordance with clause 5.2(a)(i) of the Master Trust Deed
dated 27 May 2009.

Repayment of the principal amount of, and interest on, the Bonds will be made
to Holders as at 5 September 2012, being the Record Date, in accordance with
instructions given by Holders to Computershare Investor Services Limited
(Computershare).
