Fair enough comment on the financing. For what it's worth, 99.9% of successful merger votes are rubber stamped by the courts. The fact that this one was overturned only speaks to how poorly the Core Board acted in this instance. The Judge actually commented something to the effect that it was the worst, most blatant case he has seen in over 20 years.

I understand the reasoning behind the recent change in Titan's Board. I'm not sure the two departing Director's were the issue tho. The two new Board members may add credibility to the Company but I think if you do your research, you'll find that another current Titan Executive may have been a Director with Andina and as such, had ties to the Tulin plant prior to Titan becoming involved.
