Resignation of Director and Appointment
Tikforce Ltd (ASX: TKF) announces that Mr Duncan Anderson has been
appointed to the position of Non Executive Director.
Mr Anderson has two decades of experience in senior leadership roles
within the supply chain and technology fields with more recent focus on
strategic planning, global market development and merger & acquisition.
Mr Anderson co-founded a risk and compliance technology business that
operated in the USA and Brazil where he held CEO and non-executive
director roles.
From start-up, the business grew at a compound annual growth rate of
40% before being acquired by a major global technology firm in 2016.
