    How can this be positive news, the company is in a halt and employing people which in this case will be to cover themselves from any legal ramifications.
    They have taken hard working peoples money and treating them with disdain.
    If this happened in society some one would be prosecuted and jailed by now.
    Shareholders don't seem to have any control over this rabble.
