This looks like a small shop (in terms of headcount) that likely really relies on its relationships. I don’t think they would back AAU like this without some level of conviction.

from memory Brian had mentioned in a previous interview some collaboration with an European capital markets group in the pipeline. However I think he said they were UK based whereas these guys are in Frankfurt. So I wonder if there’s also another group but I might be mistaken.

this firm seems to sell themselves as essentially using their network and relationships to secure capital for small cap companies so hopefully this leads to some sticky investors.
