Just a food for thought as im bored atm. Ive done some research on this guy and he seems like a big deal in the space.

Im not sure how big of a deal this guy is, but I believe he is pretty significant in terms of potential liaising with the FDA (being American) also the potential patients that he has. He may be the preferred professor referred to for IIH and he may have a potential list of patients come trial time. Could significantly cut down the trial stage if he has patients lined up.

What I really like about IXC is the team they are forming. They already have a great management team with known experience with buyouts plus exposure to IIH (Sinclair being the head of it), add this guy to the lineup, it seems they are developing a A-team of specialists all in the area of IIH.

Other deals that may have been looked over are Peptron signing, again although not a big pharma, it seemed like a well thought out deal at the time significantly benefiting shareholders plus reducing time.

This team isnt stupid and I think if you read between the lines they are doing everything correct. Cant fault them. Next thing will be what they do with the performance shares they so desperately want IMO

What I did realise the other day is Tom has 800,000 options (not shares) which are exercisable at $1.30, so hes not yet got shares in the company. All options expire at the end of 2023, so gonna be an interesting 12 months coming. Im expecting a pretty big 2023. Watch once trials kick off, think we will be close to $2 by then. All IMO

Ill buy some more with the Christmas bonus I got from work. Probably last one for the year as I have a superstition to buy between Christmas and new years (has always worked well in the past when Ive bought shares in this period). Lets see if I can run some luck here in IXC.

Anyway lets see what this new addition does.
