-change of BOD and comp sec..
-a mr rowbottom was brought in as CEO and exec director, on 180k/yr, no fixed term but obviously termination notice periods..
-a mr noske was brought in as an indep non exec director..
in may 2011;
-noske became MD, rowbottom to Finance Firector..
3 yrs on...
times have changed for some..
