@Stratopher, keep in mind that the PE multiple needs to be applied to net profit after tax (NPAT) and not revenue. This is a brilliant announcement in my books -- the market reaction suggests that most people agree.

Firstly, I like Aaryn's long term share incenvitve package; if Aaryn does well financially, we all will do well.
Secondly, there's more than money at play here. Good incentives acknowledge recognition, public perception, and the value of pursuing work that we can be proud of -- Aaryn is out to prove the doubters wrong and make a name for himself.
