Very few investors have that amount of shares. Wouldn't be difficult to find out who's behind it. Unfortunately market depth manipulation is fairly commonplace on the ASX. Investors are free to make a complaint to ASIC, it was a positive price sensitive announcement after all. But I doubt anything will be done about it.

Many investors bought in at the 2-3c highs and got screwed over by Lucerne. I can't imagine there's many people left willing to sell at these levels, apart from the few day traders that don't avoid this stock like the plague.
