Consider this - they are taking the initiative to hire people who actually specialise in this field.
Honestly it took WAY too long. But I'm glad it's happened. The SP is undervalued IMO with a decent staff who has that potential reach is a good starting point. Will they do a good job? Who knows. But it's better than having NO ONE. (IMO)
