Very positive news. The most telling indicator for me is the milestone of renewing the GM contract for performance shares to vest. His performance shares are worth about as much as his annual salary so that says to me he is fairly confident of the contract being renewed. Is it possible he was on a 'go slow' until his remuneration (ie performance shares) was confirmed? No point doing the hard yards unless you're going to benefit from the uplift. I expect things might start to happen quickly now once the performance shares are passed by the shareholders.
