Also provides an attractive option to go to a company that will very likely be fully funded over the next few years as well. May have a war chest at their disposal.
All I am hoping is that it breaks out of that penny dreadful mindset and any future deal leap frogs this into the mid cap space.
They have one year with my capital which I think is long enough to achieve that.
