When calling a lady answers the phone generally
and on occasion's you get the big chief direct himself "TL"( Rec/Sec must be out to lunch on those days)

And as spec has said the company appears to be a straight shooters
TL does answers questions but does become slightly evading when digging for more concrete ansrew's
So you move on to keep the com's open with out bushing the point of no return by burning the bridges so to speak ........................ and if time allows rephrase the question, ask about other underlying issues, change the tone, ask again later or go to the big one "Name the Game" that pol's do!

Company now screening calls most likely as they are getting smashed by punters on recent events!
