Ann: Appointment of a Director, page-13

I'm hoping that the appointment of this director is part of a leadership transition plan and a current director is resigning/retiring.

When considering that since I've been a shareholder they haven't generated enough money to pay the director fees (and according to the last annual report staff wages) and that directors have happily converted their outstanding fees to shares it would be completely odd that they are appointing an additional director without any consistent financial reports showing they can afford to pay him.

Let's hope Tracey Lake has had his fill of shares to maximise his shareholding and that his upgrades to the equipment and the current drilling programs will bring success to the company and he can retire and reap the rewards of his hard work.

Pure speculation and wishful thinking on my part. I've not spoken to anyone at the company and could be 100% wrong but I hope not.
