From the photos Ive seen of the plants 1st 500,000 tpa train maybe 10 months as it appears all the key items are there or can procured at short notice..If they are short of pumps and valves then that may be an issue as these are made to order.. Also the plant has been rotting there for years with no sustainment so there could be significant rebuilding.
Tank linings are a different story as they have to be fabricated to suit and lead times could be long.
If they had the cash all this could go on concurrently.... Cash is the operative word as these guys would have pay up front for procurement $40 million would be a rough guess.. Installation more than that again.. another $15 million for commissioning maybe ..We are getting towards $120 million for the 1st 500,000t a far cry from BA $35million statement.
I would say the gas turbines in the Philippines are 80 percent and 6 months plus 20 to 30 million away...Tank linings that again.. The steam turbine would take 18 months from order to turbines spinning and take maybe $200 million all up maybe a little less... The issue here is can the gas turbines make money stand alone.. I don't think so but others with more knowledge of that market may correct me...Transmission to substation maybe 12 million ...
Graham Elliott has told people in private that they have procured a lot of this stuff such as tank linings ect and has them in storage...This is total BS...
What would it take to get $50m annual revenue from australian gas?? Buggerall is my opinion...
The more I look at the attack plan and sequence with no thought to getting revenue sooner rather than later then I would say SE is the biggest idiot ever to grace the ASX

I can’t disagree with what you’ve written.
Have any of the 0.5m tpa units ever produced lng?
Do compressors, heat exchangers and gas turbines etc perform after sitting around idle for year without maintenance…

ps. Was an old lng ship acquired 5-7 years ago? where’s that?
