I think the company was like a headless chook after the loss of the Batemans. Gregg was unable to move forward to a new culture . With a new CEO unafraid to implement a change there are a lot of opportunities to increase income through generating a loyal customer base rather than providing band aid medicine at basement prices. If patients get real care rather than long waits and rapid throughput demanded by the current business they are prepared to pay a small gap to get appointments. I think providing this as an option would improve the bottom line.
