IMO, on a day when other gold miners are above water and the overall market isn't, I believe this announcement has not provided for clarity for the need of the appointment. Having a second secretary is out of the ordinary, especially for a medium scale operator. I am sure there is a reason which will be hugely beneficial to shareholders, I love this company.

But the market as a whole respects clarity, good news or bad - and is merciless to cloak and dagger tactics as demonstrated by today's -5.6% AMI price action.
