There is not much left for all creditors, for sure. What we aim to is becoming creditors as well, to participate in the administration, to prevent a lot of assets, especially intangible assets to be taken by others for almost nothing, and nothing at all left for shareholders.
A potential class action is against directors. Behind directors, there is insurance company. So plenty of money to be paid by insurer, if successful.
