Yes, that is kind of things I hate. They make deals behind the door and come out with nothing at all for non-creditor shareholders.
No rosy expectation that non-creditor shareholders will get something when it comes out of administration. Only creditors and creditor-shareholders will have something out of it, if it can come out.
