Yeh can understand why he hasn't taken any leave.

He's been working tremendously hard for the last 8 months, negotiating amendments to an executed sale and purchase agreement with no conditions precedent.

Ohh and lets not forget who he is negotiating with - Wade Energy. With a company of that size, and the number of deals they've completed, must have been some very lengthy and hard ball negotiations.
After all just look at the length and complexity of the statements contained in the announcements to the ASX.
