    Everyone can see deal was a dud. $110m for 33% of business while DML market cap was only $15m. Any idiot could see that.

    If your house value $1m and someone wants to buy your garage space for $10m, you would think is total BS.

    Like PDY, someone will hand $2 billion to PDY...
