The existing directors will need to be careful here as the Singapore resident TA will forget them and leave them with some explaining to do. Had a look at who is behind this and has been professional litigator trouble is to follow in my opinion.
I would hope that well meaning directors don't get jammed because of the Singapore TA connection.
