See it far too often in small caps listed companies, management get the smell of money and go on a high life style at the cost of the small share holders, it's always a major concern when they have "share consolidation"

Recent time, stocks that I have lost if, this, NWT and AVQ it starting to head that way with a CEO paying himself $750,000 for a company that has not made a red cent, along with the share rights issues and a heap of hangeroners getting crazy money, living the dream. After being burnt with this company, I have never voted yes to a share consolidation again.
