If the company can't meet it's debt obligations it becomes insolvent, in that case the administrators will sell off the assets to try to pay the debts. The order will be something like EdF, Nedbank, 2017 Bond Holders, 2020 Bondholders then in the unlikely event there's anything left over - shareholders.
