Why isn't there a class action covering the period post 28 Aug 2018?

These two statements are on page 11 of the update, which was issued by RCR on 28 Aug 2018 that was issued concurrently with the entitlement prospectus.

"• The Procurement Control issuesidentified at the Project are notsystemic within RCR

• The Project is expected tocomplete in line with current costestimates"

Doubtless the accuracy or otherwise of these statements by RCR is arguable, however, given the subsequent events, I have to suspect that the statements were either carelessly or deliberately inaccurate, and in either case, effectively misleading.

RCR raised $100m supported by these statements.

There should be some serious orchid pruning as a consequence of all this.
