Sometimes the liquidators issue a declaration if they are satisfied that there is no likelihood of any return to the share holders.It happened at a fairly early stage with DML.
RCR is only up to the administrator stage, the liquidators will come next.
The dividing up of the RCR carcass may take a while, but for us shareholders, it it still will almost certainly be a case of:
"See that little light on the horizon? That's hope disappearing over it with its ar$e on fire."
