The shenanigans going on here prob started years ago - even when it was the market darling. The CEOs, CFOs, Risk Officer and the entire board for the past 5 years should be investigated. Disappointing really. How does $100m get burnt through in less than a quarter?
Did the board not sit down 3 months ago and had a proper look through its financial position before shaking the tin can for $100m?!
