    I'm sure all 3 will lie down and be rolled. This is a small investment to them.
    Jiangte on the other hand has a key stake in the company. They bought into A40 to secure supplies. For them to let this company go makes no sense to me, unless GXY is orchestrating with them of course.
    now we wait to see what Jiangte will do.
