exactly why i mentioned previously you can't raise capital when management pride is in the way. I'm certain there is already an offer on the table, just not one good enough to be accepted by MC and the board. i'm sure if WES can offer 700mil for KDR's 50% of the mine, someone is willing to offer at least 150mil for all of baldhill. But nope, rather waste time and money on VA.
