The last announcement does not suggest "Administration" very poorly worded.
Only a month ago announcement dated 22/10 highlights funding issue addressed and suggests operational issues in hand and continued improvements seen.
This is certainly a case for misinforming investors.
Hopefully all is not lost, best option is an M&A which can at least offer investors some hope.
