I certainly agree with the Class Action , if it can be done relatively easy. We all should keep a close eye on the future procedures as something does not seem right to me. I heard somewhere in recent times, that Nova were in meetings and discussions with MOY - have no idea if true or not , but just maybe it was true, so l think this company needs some investigating. I think it was written here on HC recently that Nova were walking all over the MOY ground. If l had time l would look back. One would think the Administrators would have a decent look. So should the ASX & ASIC , but they are normally asleep at the wheel. No business gets to administration stage just in a few months. Sure disappointing.
