Good afternoon Spekulator,

I was aware of GB at Sherwin Iron several years ago (ASX SHD) which went off the rails and MOY now, but what is the other company? I don't doubt you just intrigued and one can start to join the dots sometimes.

I always ask myself this though: what was the duration of their tenure? Sometimes it takes someone new to walk into the room and say 'the emperor has no clothes' and if a cleanout/restructure cannot be done, end the agony for all. This is not something I would necessarily hold against someone.

The opposite is the person being part of the story and intertwined with every 'positive' announcement, whilst drawing fee's on the way down the river.

GB has been there for a while at MOY I think.
