Yes when there will be the Administrators report which will note that the costs paid for certain items was not market value and money has been wasted. Every shareholder will be able to get a copy which will be a forensic review of expenditure. Usually bad reading. Same thing happen to Kupang Mining (ASX KPR). Went there with $25m and couldn't get the licences - which are multiple. The lesson I learnt was - never invest in SE Asia unless you have trustworthy people to deal with.
