I agree here with Wima85.
CLH had brought in new software and collection methods which were having a real impact and actually bringing in money back through the door which is the name of the game in this industry.
They were starting to look good then and the share price was moving in a positive direction then all of a sudden the CEO left abruptly and the company changed tack and took this softly softly approach which I couldn't understand.
That was the beginning of the end in my opinion. How can you have a debt collection agency not chasing debts as hard as they legally can?
The CEO and the whole board caused this in my opinion.
