I am baffled why Allectus Capital only in April flushed over $9 million in equity plus over $1 million in a working capital facility into this. All after having invested $1 million back in 2017!
Now 4 months later, the administrators have been called in, and I imagine the sale of the customer contracts and tech stack will be barely enough to pay off first ranking creditors.
Allectus had invested into AfterPay, maybe that was purely luck if their investment committee managed to approve this car accident?
