Open to interpretation, which indicates it will mean what a shareholder wants it to mean

My own interpretation of it, which doesn't mean it is what is happening and just my opinion... it is an attempt to get SP higher without any actual mining news. Why SP higher? Maybe (probably) another CR on the horizon and Karp doesn't want to lose even more percentage.

The negative part of this that I see is that 20K should be play money to Eggers. So why even bother with it especially with the company in the current situation? Drag the company down with costs faster? Ok.... does he have some end game benefit in that? Maybe someone else can pipe in with a theory as I find it hard to come up with a valid one. Maybe he just needs that 20K to survive which given all the other info leaves me with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth as it undermines his credentials. I may just not understand that type of personality as I am not like it myself and don't know anyone with that "money over everything else" focus that maybe he has, I tend to avoid people like that. So it could just be that.
