So here's what will happen, SPX will instruct their legal team who wil draft an application and lodge it same day. From there it will be listed for mention where SPX legals will outline the issue before probably a registrar. I'd expect that may have already happened, if not then highly likely first thing in the morning. If it neds to continue for a longer period than is reasonable, I imagine SPX would seek, and be granted, interim orders to allow them to resume trading. That's it. Get over it..
