Yes, I think they may have to carve up the regions and keep the higher density ones with easy access and give away the more sparse ones to a distributor. Or some other type of split. They don't have the resources to cover all regions effectively.
Maybe worth even giving the whole distribution away and focus on manufacturing and support. Must be plan B or C, I would think.
