I hope they bring in some expert consulting help with their strategy options. I suspect they are too close to the action and have anchored opinions on how to build this company. The fact that they did not take control earlier demonstrates they are out of their depth.
They probably have this quarter and the next to see if they get any traction sales before Plan B - the distributor model.
