Hard to say what's going on, but if previous form is anything to go on, and it probably is, the actual picture is probably a lot worse than the vague impression they're giving us.
I found it interesting that they're calling it Hiramasa Kingfish! Oh, the Yellow-tailed Kingfish are sick and dying... um... let's refer to them with a different name and maybe people will think they're something different and uninfected!
For CSS' sake, I found it a bit disappointing that they still seemed to be pursuing the tuna project, although this announcement is probably pretty much a load of bollocks anyway. If there is any hope of a future for CSS, which there probably isn't, it will be with these guys coming in and telling them to wake up, ditch the tuna, clean everything out, start with fresh stock of 'Hiramasa' and get things running again with better hygiene standards. Of course, that has been obvious for a long time and they don't need to pay someone to tell them. Also, the money isn't there and CSS couldn't raise capital easily. With that in mind, it's possible that this mob is coming in to evaluate what can be salvaged in liquidation and perhaps give shareholders a bit of money once the company folds. This would justify them saying 'maximising shareholder value' or however they worded it. It would also be typical or CSS' trickery in wording announcements, and giving their friends the opportunity to sell on the misunderstanding that this is somehow positive news. If that's the case, CSS will probably be in administration shortly. I'd keep in mind that they may actually be playing more a game of 'Let's see how much we can get away with taking for ourselves and how little we can give the shareholders' and then in the end saying "Well, you got a painfully low return, but hey, if we didn't do whatever we could it would have been even worse" which would of course be blatant lies, as is typical CSS style.
Either way, it looks like something will happen soon. My money is still firmly on CSS saying goodbye in the near future. I'll be an interested spectator.
DYOR, I'm just some anonymous internet person who you shouldn't use as an advisor, etc. etc. ...but for f's sake, if you're still holding, sell while you can get over 2.5c!
