    Timber - my real concern is whether or not we will be in a position to dictate a sale process or JV for that matter - if our partners say they want to go to the next stage we may find ourselves in a position where we can't move with them (no cash) and have to enter a fire sale - for what it’s worth it was indicated to me to be worth about 10 million
