The SP is something that they'll blame others when it falls and take full credit when it rises.
Would not have been hard to link them to Sales Revenue or machines in circulation, or heaven forbid - profitability. AND providing full disclosure over the targets, not just hiding behind "board agreed measures" or words to that effect. This would then be tangible, and if they were met, then she would fully deserve them.
As it is, I expect small caps to come out of the doldrums by 2028, and when that happens a "rising tide lifts all ships", upon which Dr Pamjot Bains will be hitching a free ride at shareholders expense.
