Ric V numbers above are only for a little over 6 months .. so his $832k would have been turned into what exactly for the whole year ..?? and what is PB getting ..?? and as acclivity says MG is doing two for less than the price of one .. how much are we saving..??

and all this for people who are actually running and driving the business.. activities detailed in presentations show what has and is being done with more to come now they are locked in.. .. rather large value for SH for me..

results will start to build from current qtr we are in..
