    On a basic wage its about $750k vs $500k per annum RV to Parmjot.

    Full performance rights for RV were

    For RV to meet his full performance targets the SP would have had to increase nearly 11 fold over 5 years.

    For Parmjot to meet hers, it needs to go from 6.8c to 40c, or about 6 times.
