I'm surprised that no one else has commented yet.

I see this as the first of many PIH management changes and JK is leaving the PIH CEO posi to go to Brookfield in a face saving display.
My guess is he will be there for only a short time before things get untenable.

Lets hope the new CEO will look after share holders better than the last one.
