Good move to transfer J. Kendrew. His 2 IC (Sellar) should also go.
The problem I see for PIH is that the Australian instos shunned them in the recapitalisation so where does the insto buying come from to push the stock higher? The US instos would be wary too after taking stock at $5.08 in the recap.
I wonder how Leigh Hall (Board member) feels about what happened last year? Remember he purchased BBI on market at around 26c on the way down for plenty? Helen Liossis (the IR manager) also owned stock and resigned when the recap was announced.
