I've noticed that this is your first post on HC so I guess that I should say welcome! :)
I think that alot of the share holders have been a little disgruntled with the flow of info from the company in the past and therefore they have contacted the company to clarify some details.
I actually think that it is important for shareholders to call a company ONLY if clarification is needed in some way.
I think that the company would be far more appreciative of a person calling for clarification rather than just purely selling out of the company due to a possible misunderstanding or misinterpretation of an announcement.
